How to return a product :

You have 30 days to return a product that is unused and in its original packaging. To do so, please :

- send us a mail at info@vidiamo.com with your order number

- ship the order to the following address :

- once your order is received and checked, please count 5 business days for the refund to be effective. If we find that the product has been either used or damaged, we will not be able to proceed with the refund.
